Ridemore Equestrian Center is located between Covington and Folsom, LA. This location provides easy access to the North Shore communities as well as to New Orleans and Baton Rouge. Ridemore consist of 7 fenced paddocks on 10 acres. Our modern, large building is one half an acre in size of which two thirds is a lighted arena. Since the rest of the facility (the office, stalls, tack rooms, bath rooms, grooming stalls, laundry, feed, and hay rooms and bedding rooms) are all under the same roof, there is no need for you venture into inclement weather to access the arena for your riding activities. Ridemore has 20 large stalls, with over half of them featuring an attached turn out area.

Outside we have a hot walker to exercise you horse or cool it down after riding or a workout. For pasture boarding we have well maintained paddocks some of which have field sheds for feeding and protection from the weather. Three fish ponds dot the property and help to provide a natural environment for you horse. .

Ridemore provides riding lessons for children of all ages (that includes you, Mom and Dad). We specialize in students new to riding, teaching basic horse psychology, care and safety along with riding skills. Our enclose arena provides a safe environment in which to learn and practice. For those who want more advanced training, we have trainers available to teach both Western and English styles.

Finally, to insure good care and security for you and you horse our experienced and friendly staff live on the premises. Since Ridemore is located in the country away from large highways the atmosphere is a quiet, relaxing providing a safe environment for you, your friends, and the young ones. Ridemore has plenty of arena and paddock space for practice or just getting out and riding.

We are a family owned and operated business so we care about you and your horse. Our prices are competitive starting at $300 for pasture boarding and $475 for stall boarding. The cost includes full use of our facilities as well as the feeding, pasture and care.
